Bookings can be made online directly for Friday and Saturday night only* via https://reservations.nottawasagaresort.com/#/roomsbooking/group/ using the group booking code 283999 from Monday December 2, 2024 at 10am.

*Wednesday and Thursday night reservations can be added to existing room reservations once the event schedule has been released, to avoid cancellations. (Subject to availability)

– Reservations will only be accepted at time of booking with a credit card
– Pre-payment for first night reserved will be billed at the time of booking, both online and call-in reservations
– A 30-day cancellation policy applies to all reservations– if rooms are changed or cancelled within 30 days of arrival the charge for all nights cancelled will apply
– A $25 + HST fee applies for full or partial cancellation and changes to reservations outside of the 30 days prior to arrival. (31 days +)
– A 2-night stay minimum applies to Saturday reservations at the Nottawasaga resort
– Rooms will be held for online reservations until Friday February 7, 2025. After this date, reservations can be made based on availability only by calling the group reservations department on 705 435-5501.
