Know Before You Go


Coming to an OTF event? Please familiarize yourself with the information found here before you arrive to ensure the best day!

CODE OF CONDUCT

Whether you are participating at one of our events or attending as a spectator, OTF has a strict policy when it comes to objectionable behavior.

It is OTF’S goal to make our events the most enjoyable environments for everyone attending and be a safe place for all. We expect all those attending our events to treat one another in a courteous, professional, considerate and respectful manner.

We also believe in full inclusion and are committed to ensuring a welcoming and safe space for all regardless of ethnicity, race, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, or position, and will not tolerate discrimination or hate directed toward anyone.

OTF will not tolerate any unsafe, offensive behaviour that may go against our Code of Conduct. Failure to abide by this Code may result in ejection from the event and a ban from attending any OTF events in the future.

No smoking or vaping is allowed at any OTF event.

NO VIDEOGRAPHY/PHOTOGRAPHY

Videotaping and photography by spectators are STRICTLY prohibited at any OTF event inside of the venue/theatre, unless it is during an award ceremony. This RULE is strictly enforced and failure to abide by this rule may result in ejection from the event.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

No illegal or illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia

No weapons of any kind

MASK FRIEND VENUE

OTF is mask-friendly.  While face coverings are no longer mandatory or required in accordance with the latest public health regulations, OTF encourages our visitors to wear masks should they wish while inside the venues.

PUBLIC SAFETY PROTOCOLS

OTF will continue to monitor local health and safety trends (including those related to COVID-19) and will comply with any protocols mandated by local governments going forward. Check back often for dates as protocols and guidelines are subject to change.

Stay-At-Home:

You (spectator/dancer) agree that neither you (or anyone in your immediate family who plans to attend an OTF with you) will attend an OTF event if any, one of more of the following is true on the day of the event:

  • If you (spectator/dancer) are required to isolate because of any current health orders that apply to you
  • You (spectator/dancer) have been placed under quarantine because you travelled to any state, province, or international territory identified by federal or applicable local governments as being subject to travel or quarantine restrictions that apply to you
