At On The Floor® (OTF), our mission is to provide you with an exceptional experience, whether you’re taking part in one of our competitions, workshops, or events. We hope the information below will answer any questions you may have about our various events.
Competition Information

We do not offer refunds. For further information, please contact your studio director.

Your studio director will provide you with information about what time you should arrive at the competition. We ask that dancers are ready to perform at least one hour prior to their scheduled time, as we tend to run early.
All studio directors or representatives must register at the Swagshop. There, you will receive your Studio Director Bag, specific dressing room assignment, 2 complimentary programs and a quick guide from our staff of the venue.
Yes. Your studio director will provide you with this information.
No form of liquid, gel, aerosol, or glitter that can affect the dancing surface may be used. Any kind of weapon (real or fake) is strictly prohibited. Props that could be unsafe or are over six feet tall must be approved. Latex Balloons are prohibited and other balloons if released could cause the studio to be fined from the venue.

Taking photos and videos is prohibited while dancers are performing. You are, however, welcome to take photos and videos during the awards ceremonies.

At most venues, there will be a snack bar open. Otherwise, an OTF crew member can assist you with locations of the closest available food vendors.
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards for all merchandises purchases.

Yes! Everyone who performs at an OTF competition receives an award.
All audio/video judges’ critiques will be sent to the studios.

We post a random selection of photos from every event, at which a professional photographer is present on our website/social media accounts.
Workshop Information
We currently offer a variety of exciting workshops – our Ultimate Summer Intensive and Back 2 Basics workshops.
